Q. I can’t log in even though I am using my
e-mail address or AAFCS ID number as the Username and AAFCS
ID number as the Password, as instructed. What is wrong?
A. If you are using your e-mail address as the Username, check
the e-mail address you entered for typos. Sometimes typos
can keep you from successfully logging in. And make sure you’re
using the e-mail address you originally provided to AAFCS; if you have recently updated your email address, your user name will still reflect your original email address. If that doesn’t
work, contact AAFCS staff.
Q. When I try to register for the conference, why
do I only see the non-member price? The website thinks I am
not a member, but I am. Why is that?
A. You may have created a new record for yourself instead
of logging into your existing record. Contact AAFCS staff
so they can deactivate the new record and give you the password
and AAFCS ID number for your “real” record.
Q. AAFCS staff deactivated the non-member record
I accidentally created for myself, but when I logged in again,
I still saw the non-member price for conference registration.
A. Make sure that you have clicked on logout so that you can
properly exit your non-member record. Then, you should be
able to log in with the username and password for your
member record. If that does not solve the problem, try
refreshing the web page and deleting your cookies.
Q. When I try to log in, I see a message that says
I am already logged in. What do I do?
A. Just click on OK and you will be taken to a list
of online choices.
Q. I would like to purchase a luncheon ticket online.
How do I do that?
A. If you have already registered for the conference, you
must purchase luncheon tickets using the separate online form for ticket purchases for conference registrants. If you have not registered, you can purchase the tickets while completing the regular online conference registration form.
Q. I cannot see my badge when I click on View Badge.
A. Try turning off your pop-up blocker.
Q. When I print a receipt of my online registration,
the right side is cut off. What can I do?
A. Go to “File” and “Page Setup.”
Be sure that the orientation is set to “landscape.”
